Express delivery

  • 1-2 business days - metro only

  • 2-4 business days - interstate/regional areas

  • Free for orders over $88 (Sydney Metro only)

  • $20 flat fee for orders under $88 (Sydney Metro only)

  • $30 flat fee for interstate/regional areas

FOR LOCATIONS WHERE DELIVERY IS OUTSIDE THE express DELIVERY NETWORK, WE WILL CONTACT YOU SO THAT WE CAN ORGANISE ALTERNATE DELIVERY OPTIONS.

return, refunds & cancellations

We advise customers to order carefully as we cannot exchange or refund goods due to their perishable nature.

Cancellations and refunds are acceptable if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has left our shop we can no longer process a refund. Please see above for information on when we dispatch orders as the majority of our orders are dispatched the following day that the order is received.

Please contact us on (02) 9636 9535 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

 

Delivery method

Orders will only be dispatched Monday - Thursday. To avoid our chocolate staying in unknown weather conditions for long periods of time we will not dispatch any orders on Friday.

Deliveries will only occur Monday - Friday (with the exception of public holidays - orders will be dispatched the next day).

EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS

We will not dispatch any orders when the weather reaches extreme temperatures.

In the event of extreme weather conditions we will be in contact to advise when the expected dispatch date will be.

If your order has been received in an unacceptable condition, please contact us so that we can arrange either a refund or a replacement. Please note that refunds or replacements are approved at our discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for orders that are not handled with care after delivery.
